AI Summary
This bill authorizes the town of Wellesley to grant certain licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages, including licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises for restaurants and function rooms with any seating capacity, subject to the maximum number of such licenses allowed by state law. The bill also allows the town to grant up to 6 additional licenses for the sale of wines and malt beverages to be drunk on the premises for restaurants and function rooms with any seating capacity.
