This bill extends the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program, which provides benefits and reemployment services to workers who have lost their jobs due to trade-related reasons, for one month from June 30, 2021, to July 23, 2021. Specifically, it extends the termination provisions for the TAA program, the Reemployment Trade Adjustment Assistance, and the Trade Adjustment Assistance for Workers until July 23, 2021. The amendments made by this bill take effect either on the date of the bill's enactment or on June 30, 2021, whichever is earlier.
