This bill, the Outdoors for All Act, aims to codify the existing Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership Program of the National Park Service. The key provisions of the bill include: 1. Amending the Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act of 2006 to allocate 25% of the revenue sharing from that act to the Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership Program, to supplement and not supplant other federal funding.
