This bill, the Outdoors for All Act, would codify the existing Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership Program of the National Park Service. The bill defines key terms such as "eligible entity," "eligible nonprofit organization," "Indian Tribe," and "low-income community." It authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to award grants to eligible entities for acquiring land and developing or renovating outdoor recreation facilities in qualifying areas, with priority given to projects that create or enhance access to outdoor recreation opportunities in underserved communities, engage and empower underserved communities and youth, and establish or expand public-private partnerships.
