This bill provides for the enrollment of Administrative Law Judges of the Office of Administrative Law in the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS). These judges currently participate in the Defined Contribution Retirement Program (DCRP). The bill also provides for the transfer into PERS of all judges currently participating in the DCRP.
