AUTHOR: Add the following House Coauthors: Dollens, Wallace, McDugle, Hasenbeck, Baker, Fugate, Provenzano, and Boles AMENDMENT NO. 1. Strike the title, enacting clause, and entire bill and insert: "An Act relating to school security; creating the School Resource Officer Grant Program; directing State Department of Education to administer program; providing for program purpose; establishing program qualifications; providing duties for program school resource officers; requiring completion of certain law enforcement training; defining term; providing for codification; providing an effective date; and declaring an emergency.
