This bill requires the New York Department of Labor to publish on its website the names of employers with 50 or more employees who work at least 26 weeks per year and 10 hours per week, and who receive public assistance, such as Medicaid, the Children's Health Insurance Program, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, the Earned Income Tax Credit, or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits. The department must update this information annually.
