AN ACT concerning Public Safety - Solar Battery Energy Storage Systems FOR the purpose of requiring buildings where certain solar battery energy storage systems are installed to be equipped with certain safety features; requiring the State Fire Marshal to administer and enforce this Act; and generally relating to battery energy storage system safety. BY adding to Article - Public Safety Section 12-706 Annotated Code of Maryland (2022 Replacement Volume)
