AN ACT concerning Public Safety - Stationary Energy Storage Systems FOR the purpose of requiring the State Fire Marshal to administer and enforce the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 855 Standard for the Installation of Stationary Energy Storage Systems; and generally relating to battery energy storage system safety. BY adding to Article - Public Safety Section 12-706 Annotated Code of Maryland (2022 Replacement Volume)
