AN ACT concerning Natural Resources - Female Antlerless Deer Hunting Contests Programs - Authorization FOR the purpose of authorizing the Department of Natural Resources to allow a person, for the management of the deer population in the State, to sponsor, conduct, or participate an individual to sell, offer for sale, barter, or exchange an antlerless deer acquired as the result of participation in a certain contest program in the State that has the objective of harvesting a female an antlerless deer; and generally relating to doe antlerless deer hunting. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Natural Resources Section 10-427 10-404(e) Annotated Code of Maryland (2012 Replacement Volume and 2022 Supplement)
