This bill appropriates $16,500,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the public facilities authority for a grant to the city of Silver Lake to predesign, design, engineer, construct, and equip stormwater, wastewater, and drinking water infrastructure. The bill includes money for improvements or replacement of municipal wastewater ponds, spray irrigation and sanitary sewer systems, storm sewer systems, and water main distribution systems. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $16,500,000 to provide the funding appropriated in this bill.
