This bill proposes to amend the existing law to require school boards to establish standards for including in the curriculum at all grade levels frameworks designed to teach students methods of resolving interpersonal disputes in productive and effective ways, and to discourage the use of violence or other forms of abuse in resolving such disputes. The goal is to promote alternative dispute resolution for students.
