This bill requires all public buildings and places of public accommodation that provide public bathrooms to install and maintain at least one private or semi-private baby diaper changing station that is accessible to caretakers regardless of their sex, gender, or disability. The bill also requires signage to be posted indicating the location of the diaper changing stations, and exempts public accommodations generally restricted to those 13 years or older. The provisions of the bill must be implemented in compliance with laws regarding accessibility for persons with disabilities and existing fire, health, and safety standards.
