This bill allows condominium associations to conduct meetings and voting of the governing body and unit owners using electronic means, such as telephonic or video conference calls, and electronic voting methods. The bill specifies that participation through these electronic means constitutes presence for the purposes of meeting quorum requirements. The governing body can also promulgate policies related to the use and implementation of these electronic meeting and voting procedures. Additionally, the bill states that if the condominium's governing documents require the signature or written consent of unit owners, they can submit these electronically as determined by the governing body.
