AN ACT to amend the real property law, in relation to manufactured home parks
AI Summary
This bill amends the Real Property Law to remove certain requirements for prospective purchasers of manufactured home parks. Specifically, it removes the requirement for a prospective purchaser to certify whether they intend to change the use of the land upon closing or within 60 months of the sale. The bill also modifies the process for manufactured homeowners' associations and individual homeowners to have the right to purchase the park when the owner receives a bona fide offer to sell.
