This Joint Resolution approves a list of proposed permanent rules from various Oklahoma state agencies, including the Office of Educational Quality and Accountability, the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology, the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth, the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission, the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency, the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System, the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision, the State Election Board, the State Fire Marshall Commission, the Statewide Virtual Charter School Board, and the Teachers’ Retirement System of Oklahoma. These rules, identified by their Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) designations, were adopted on or before April 1, 2023. The resolution also directs the Secretary of State to distribute copies of this approved resolution to the Governor and the editor of "The Oklahoma Register," which is the official publication for state agency rules and notices.
