This Joint Resolution formally approves a comprehensive set of proposed permanent rules from various Oklahoma state agencies, including the State Election Board, Department of Transportation, Department of Labor, Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission, Office of Management and Enterprise Services, Oklahoma Funeral Board, Corporation Commission, Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, Department of Wildlife Conservation, Oklahoma Water Resources Board, and Oklahoma Abstractors Board, with these rules having been adopted on or before April 1, 2023. Following this approval, the Secretary of State is directed to distribute copies of this resolution to the Governor and the editor of "The Oklahoma Register," which is the official publication for state agency rules and notices.
