This bill, the "No Congressionally Obligated Recurring Revenue Used as Pensions To Incarcerated Officials Now Act" or the "No CORRUPTION Act," amends federal law to halt pension payments for Members of Congress who are convicted of certain offenses. Specifically, the bill provides that an individual convicted of an offense related to their official duties as a Member of Congress will not be eligible to receive any annuity or pension payments based on their congressional service, except in cases where the conviction is later overturned on appeal. This provision applies only to convictions occurring after the bill's enactment. The bill also makes a technical conforming amendment to adjust a cross-reference in existing law.
