This bill authorizes the State Treasure to sell and convey a portion of the State's interest within the former Woodbridge Development Center property located at 1291 Rahway Avenue in the Township of Woodbridge, Middlesex County. The State will sell two non-contiguous parcels and improvements thereon containing 2.321 acres. The State will sell the property to the Township of Woodbridge for the appraised value of $910,000. The property is considered surplus to the needs of the State. The State House Commission will set the terms and conditions of the sale.
