This bill requires the Chief Administrator (chief administrator) of the New Jersey to permit the holder of a validated permit, driver's license, or identification card to voluntarily indicate that the person has been diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. Any person who voluntarily indicates a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder is to be provided with two decals to be placed on a personal vehicle as prescribed by the chief administrator. The person is not required to display the decals on the vehicle.
