This bill amends Tennessee's education laws to require each local school board to establish programs that provide free school lunch and free school breakfast to all students enrolled in their schools, regardless of income eligibility. The bill also requires LEAs to maximize federal funding for these programs by ensuring all eligible students are enrolled and by applying for the community eligibility provision under the National School Lunch Program.
