This bill requires the Maryland Stadium Authority to conduct a feasibility study for developing, establishing, and operating a sports tourism facility at Reisterstown Regional Park in northwest Baltimore County. The study must identify funding sources, infrastructure needs, capital and operating costs, and the economic impact on the local and regional economy. The Authority must consult with various government agencies and stakeholders, and submit a final report to the Maryland General Assembly by December 31, 2025. The bill will take effect on July 1, 2024 and expire on January 31, 2026.
