This bill amends Title 38 of the United States Code to authorize the use of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) work-study allowance for veterans to carry out casework, policymaking, and oversight activities related to the VA at certain congressional offices, including the offices of Members of Congress, congressional committees, the Congressional Research Service, the Government Accountability Office, and the Congressional Budget Office. The bill also extends the expiration date of certain VA housing loan fees from November 15, 2031, to November 29, 2031.
