This bill modifies the qualifications for certain positive support providers under Minnesota's human services laws. The key provisions include: 1. Allowing positive support professionals to substitute for the additional training and supervision requirements for positive support analysts and specialists. 4. Specifying that these changes will take effect on July 1, 2024, or upon federal approval, whichever occurs first.
