This bill prohibits the delivery of electronic smoking devices and tobacco products to individuals under 21 years of age. It requires the signature of an individual who is at least 21 years old and resides at the delivery address upon receipt of the package. The bill also requires the outside of the package to clearly indicate that it contains a tobacco product or electronic smoking device. Violations of this law would constitute a violation of existing laws regarding the sale of tobacco products and electronic smoking devices to minors. The bill provides exceptions for employees of the United States Postal Service performing their assigned duties.
