This bill amends the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to authorize the use of individual training accounts for certain youth. Specifically, it allows funds allocated to local areas to be used to pay, through an individual training account, an eligible provider of training services for training services provided to in-school youth aged 16 to 21 and out-of-school youth, in the same manner as individual training accounts are used for adults or dislocated workers.
