This bill amends Title 15 (Corporations and Unincorporated Associations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to make domestic or foreign nonprofit corporations with 200 or more employees in Pennsylvania ineligible for state contracts, funding, or grants if they have violated federal fair labor standards or been found guilty of unfair labor practices in the state within the previous five years, or if they fail to have at least 20% of their governing board members elected by employees. The bill provides exceptions for Medicaid reimbursements and for violations that occurred before the effective date. The new eligibility requirements apply to state contracts, funding, and grants entered into, approved, or renewed on or after the bill's effective date.
