This bill authorizes the town of Tyngsborough to grant up to three additional licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises of a restaurant, beyond the maximum number of licenses typically allowed under state law. The licenses will be subject to the state's alcohol licensing requirements, except for certain sections related to the overall license limit. If any of the new licenses are later cancelled, revoked, or no longer used, the town can then grant them to new applicants under the same conditions specified in the bill. The bill takes effect immediately upon passage.
