This bill amends the charter for the town of Nantucket, Massachusetts. Key provisions include: 1. Extending the term of town meeting members from one year to three years. 2. Requiring the town meeting moderator to appoint a clerk who is a registered voter of the town. 3. Requiring the Select Board to make a copy of the town meeting warrant available on the town website. 4. Requiring the recall ballot to include the title of the official being recalled. 14. Removing a section related to the filling of vacancies on the Select Board.
