This bill amends the charter for the town of Nantucket. The key provisions include: 1. Extending the term of the Select Board from one year to three years. 2. Reducing the number of days the recalled official has to resign from 7 to 5. 11. Clarifying the timeline for the Select Board to call a recall election. 12-13. Requiring the recall petition to include the title of the official being recalled. 14. Removing Section 6.6 from the charter.
