This bill, the "Learning Integrated National Knowledge for the Abraham Accords Act" or "LINK the Abraham Accords Act," requires the Secretary of Defense to design and implement a foreign military officer subject matter expert exchange program, known as the "Middle East Regional Integration Military Subject Matter Expert Exchange Program." The purpose of this program is to facilitate interaction, cultural exchange, and mutual learning among members of participating militaries in support of Middle East regional integration, with the goal of deepening and expanding such integration. The bill also establishes an Exchange Program Coordinator to oversee the program and requires the Secretary of Defense to submit annual reports to Congress on the program's activities, effectiveness, and recommendations for improvements.
