A BILL IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA To establish a Historic African American Burial Grounds Preservation Fund to identify, interpret, restore, preserve, protect, maintain, or repatriate graves, monuments, or markers at Historic African American Cemeteries or burial grounds; and to make a conforming amendment.
