This bill authorizes the Commissioner of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance to convey a 35,000 square foot parcel of land in the town of Brookfield to Mary Faugno-Wiles. In exchange, Faugno-Wiles will convey a parcel of land on South Maple Street in Brookfield to the Commonwealth, with any difference in the fair market value of the parcels to be paid by Faugno-Wiles to the Commonwealth. The bill requires the Commissioner to submit the appraisals and the Inspector General's review to the Legislature prior to executing the transfers. Faugno-Wiles will be responsible for all costs associated with completing the conveyances.
