This bill modifies Oklahoma's medical marijuana laws by adding a new purchase limitation for medical marijuana patients. The bill will become effective on November 1, 2025, and aims to provide additional regulation on the quantity of medical marijuana that can be purchased within a specific timeframe, potentially to help control distribution and usage.
