This bill modifies Oklahoma's hunting regulations by limiting the number of whitetail deer a licensed hunter can harvest each year. Specifically, the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission will now restrict hunters to bagging or possessing only one (1) antlered whitetail deer annually. An important exception is made for hunters licensed to hunt in commercial hunting areas, who will not be subject to this limitation.
