Specifically, the bill allocates $2 million in one-time general fund money for the state share of reimbursements to state-licensed mental health organizations participating in the federal CCBHC Medicaid Demonstration program. Additionally, it secures significant federal funding, including $5,836,454 in federal expenditures for 2024-25, increasing to $19,275,103 by 2026-27, and $181,750 in federal block grant funds in 2024-25, increasing to $600,235 by 2026-27.
