This bill modifies existing Florida law regarding photography in polling rooms and early voting areas by changing the restrictions on taking photographs. Specifically, the bill permits photography while polling rooms and early voting areas are open, with the caveat that a polling room is considered open until every voter in line has been able to cast their ballot. The only pre-existing exception that remains is an elector's right to photograph their own ballot.
