This bill amends the General Municipal Law to redefine "labor organization" as any organization formed for collective bargaining, dealing with employers on employment terms, or providing mutual aid or protection, excluding company unions, and also modifies the organization of industrial development agencies by increasing the maximum number of members from seven to nine, requiring at least one representative from a local labor organization and either a school district superintendent or a school board representative, and changing the term "chairman" to "chairperson."
