AI Summary

This bill is a technical legislative act aimed at revising and codifying the general and public statutes of Tennessee. Specifically, it incorporates the Acts passed during the 2024 regular session into the Tennessee Code Annotated, which is the official compilation of state laws. The bill includes a standard enacting clause and two primary sections: the first section indicates that the general and public laws of Tennessee will be incorporated into the state's legal code, and the second section specifies that the act will take effect immediately upon becoming law, citing the public welfare as the justification for its immediate implementation. An important provision is that if there are any conflicts between this act and other acts passed during the 2024 regular or any extraordinary 2025 session of the General Assembly, those prior acts will take precedence, regardless of their respective dates of passage or approval. The bill appears to be a routine process of updating and organizing state laws to ensure they are current and accurately reflected in the official legal code.
