This bill establishes two new provisions related to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) in Oklahoma to simplify benefits for elderly and disabled individuals. First, the Department of Human Services will develop streamlined certification requirements for SNAP recipients who are 60 years or older or have a disability, have no earned income, and live in a household where all members are similarly situated.
