This bill provides for a $6,400,000 state bond appropriation to support the development of a tempered vehicle and equipment storage and fueling facility for the Hutchinson Area Transportation Services in Hutchinson, Minnesota. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to the $6,400,000 amount, following standard state bonding procedures outlined in Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and in alignment with the Minnesota Constitution.
