This bill requires vendors selling goods or services in Oklahoma to clearly disclose the total price that a buyer will pay, including all fees and charges. Specifically, vendors must identify the actual price of the goods or services and separately list the total amount of state and local sales taxes that apply. While shipping charges do not need to be included in the base price, any shipping costs must be clearly stated as a separate line item. The vendor must provide this detailed pricing information to the buyer a reasonable time before the payment is due.
