This bill addresses transfers of funds from various state departments and agencies to the Statewide Recovery Fund for reappropriation. Specifically, the bill transfers funds from the Department of Human Services (including $1,560,875 from a domestic violence support program and $162,668.85 from a food assistance program), the Health Care Workforce Development Revolving Fund ($1,490,675.08), the Oklahoma State University Medical Authority ($2,164,039), the State Department of Health ($5,000,000), the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services ($20,500,000), and the Oklahoma Water Resources Board ($3,300,000). The bill is not intended to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes, will become effective on July 1, 2025, and contains an emergency clause allowing it to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
