This bill allows county election commissions to set aside specific restroom facilities within a building where an election is being held for the exclusive use of campaign workers or volunteers. These workers and volunteers, when outside the immediate polling place area, can use these designated restrooms but are prohibited from entering the polling place itself. Furthermore, any campaign worker or volunteer must cover or remove any clothing or accessories displaying campaign materials before entering the designated boundary of the polling place, and attempting to solicit votes within this boundary or failing to cover campaign materials can result in penalties under a specific section of Tennessee law.
