The bill makes minor grammatical adjustments to existing language, such as changing "such" to "those" or "that" in several instances, and will take effect immediately upon approval. These exemptions mean that the named healthcare providers can now more quickly establish, modify, or expand their services without seeking prior approval from the State Health Planning and Development Agency.
