Institutions must also require student leaders and organization officers to complete training on available reproductive health services. Additionally, schools must update their code of conduct to include these requirements, distribute the information annually to students, post it on their websites and in campus residence halls, and provide links to relevant resources. The bill will take effect on July 1st following its passage, with immediate authorization for institutions to prepare implementation rules and regulations.
