Additionally, the Department of Health is prohibited from charging fees for patients' medical cannabis registration certificates, making access easier and more affordable for qualifying patients. These changes aim to streamline the medical cannabis patient experience and reduce administrative barriers to obtaining medical cannabis recommendations and access.
