This bill appropriates $2.2 million in both fiscal years 2026 and 2027 from the Minnesota state general fund to the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency to provide a grant to Community Mediation Minnesota for a statewide housing mediation program. The goal is to create a robust, accessible, and culturally sensitive mediation system that helps resolve housing-related conflicts and reduce housing instability across Minnesota.
