This bill, known as the "AIM HIGH Act," directs the Secretary of the Air Force to establish and operate a Technical Training Center of Excellence (the Center) to enhance technical training across the Air Force. The Center, which will be led by a designee of the Airmen Development Command, has multiple key purposes: facilitating collaboration between Air Force technical training installations, serving as a premier training location for military maintainers, publishing guidelines to drive excellence and innovation in technical training, advocating for improvements in curriculum and facilities, fostering connections with industry and academic institutions, identifying and promoting best practices and standards, creating a hub for advanced aviation technology and training methodologies, and performing other responsibilities as determined by the Secretary.
