This bill amends the Texas Health and Safety Code to create two new exemptions from boiler registration and inspection requirements. The second exemption covers unfired pressure vessels in autoclaves. These additions join existing exemptions for boilers owned by the federal government, certain miniature boilers used as hobbies, boilers designed for atmospheric pressure, steam cookers, and espresso machines.
